While Visiting SC We Tried Smoking Butt Heads BBQ and the Brisket Philly cheesesteak was absolutely amazing. The brisket was insanely tender, packed with smoky flavor, and perfectly balanced with the melted cheese. You can tell they know what they’re doing with BBQ. If you’re a brisket fan, this is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back.

The food here was absolutely delicious. I got the Carolina Pork sandwich which had Cole slaw on top of a pulled pork sandwich. Their homemade sauces were all super yummy. My kids all enjoyed the food. I loved the music playing the whole time and I hear they have live music as well. Parking was free in a lot nearby as well. Our server Tiffany was awesome too and an example of perfect southern hospitality.

It was my first time visiting and bartender Cody Kerns was amazing. He highly recommended several entrees and I ordered two that were amazing based on his recommendation. If you are ever in the city visiting like me, please check out Twenty Room!

Met a coworker at Smoking Butt Heads for lunch for the first time and really enjoyed it. I went with the brisket, sweet potato crunch, egg roll, and sausage. Everything was super tasty. Our server Renee was awesome, giving us a great rundown of the menu and great service. Definitely will go back.

Delicious! We are from TEXAS! Definitely competition!! Tiffany was great! The cook even sent out his version of his South Carolina taco….. toast, brisket, jalapeño and coleslaw! It should be on the menu! Thank you a ton Butt Head Bbq! Rosie…… from San Antonio, Texas

Out exploring Spartanburg and came across this place downtown. The service was great. Took the servers recommendation and got the Judges sampler. It was enough for two. If I ever get back up here, would dine there again.

Absolutely loved this place. Renee was our waitress and Nate brought us the drinks. Both of them were extremely friendly and really livened up the dining experience. You can add your sauce to your brisket, ribs or pork. They bring a bbq caddy to your table. This is wonderful for people that like heavy or light sauce. I had the Mac and Cheese for my side. It was durn good too. Off to the Dickens of a Christmas festival.

Good fine when you have a hankering for BBQ. Brisket sandwich was well sauced and on a nice soft bun. Atmosphere feels like a barn and lots of TVs to watch. Very friendly staff and excellent location to eat inside or in the pedestrian zone outside
